Myofunctional Therapy for
Children & Adults in Oklahoma City

Our Services

At Oral Myofunctional Therapy of Oklahoma, we offer customized programs designed to improve breathing, swallowing, sleep, and oral function for patients of all ages.

How It Works

1. Comprehensive Evaluation (60–90 minutes)

We begin with a thorough evaluation to assess breathing, oral function, and sleep concerns. From there, we create a customized treatment plan tailored to your goals and needs.

2. Guided Therapy Sessions

You’ll meet with us every other week, either in person or virtually, to learn and refine your personalized exercises. Most treatment plans include 12–14 sessions, with ongoing support and progress tracking.

3. Daily Practice for Lasting Results

Consistency is key. You’ll practice your customized exercises for just 5 minutes, twice a day to help retrain muscles, improve breathing patterns, and support better sleep and long-term results.
