At Oral Myofunctional Therapy of Oklahoma, our mission is to support patients of all ages in improving their breathing, enhancing sleep, and building lifelong wellness.
We’re committed to using advanced training, clinical skill, and compassionate care to help each person achieve meaningful, lasting results. We’re proud to be part of a growing movement that focuses on addressing the root causes of dysfunction — empowering our patients to feel better, function better, and thrive at every stage of life.
What is Myofunctional Therapy?
Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy is an exercise-based therapy program that is developed for an individual’s needs and symptoms. It is much like physical therapy, but for the muscles of the face, mouth and tongue. These exercises are designed to establish nasal breathing, encourage good posture, and correct oral function.
With training and repetition, we are able to rewire old neuromuscular connections and bad habits, with new and proper ways to breathe and function.
Everyone’s path looks a little different. That’s why we customize your care to fit your goals and the concerns you’re dealing with, including:

Our Myofunctional Therapy Programs are tailored to help children and adults build healthier oral habits, improve tongue posture, and support proper breathing. Through guided exercises and personalized care, we address concerns like mouth breathing, tongue thrust, and poor muscle function to promote long-term oral and overall wellness.

Our Sleep and Airway Support services focus on improving nasal breathing, reducing snoring, and addressing underlying muscle and oral pattern concerns that may impact sleep quality. Through targeted exercises and collaborative care with dentists, ENTs, and other providers, we help patients build healthier breathing habits day and night. Our goal is to support restful sleep, better energy, and long-term overall wellness.
